Refund policy

A Rocket Lift pledge reserves your place in a specific production run and locks in that run's discount. Your full pledge amount is credited toward the purchase of your Rocket Lift.

Estimated shipping. 1st run (Pioneer): mid to late spring 2027. 2nd run (Voyager): late spring to mid-summer 2027. 3rd run (Pathfinder): late summer to fall 2027. These dates are estimates. If your run is delayed, we'll email you a revised date, and you may cancel for a full refund at no cost.

Completing your purchase. When your run is ready, we'll email you to complete your purchase at the discounted price, minus your pledge. You'll have 7 days to complete it before your spot is released and your pledge refunded.

Refunds. Pledges and beta deposits are 100% refundable any time before your unit ships. Email support@myrocketlift.com and we'll refund your original payment method within 15 business days.

Compatibility. Rocket Lift is designed for ballast and pneumatic float boat lifts with power available at the dock. If your lift turns out to be incompatible, we'll refund your pledge in full.

Installation. Installation is quoted separately and performed by Rocket Systems or an authorized installer. 

Seller. Pledges are sold by Rocket Systems Inc., 65 Blazing Trails Dr, Savannah, TN 38372. Rocket Lift is patent pending. Product images are concept renders; the final design may differ.
